Following the decision of the Woking Borough Council Licensing Committee to take action against Sainsbury’s Ashcombe Parade, Kingfield Road, Woking for failing test purchases by trading standards, Sainsbury’s has appealed against the decision.  There will be a new hearing in February 2009.  I hope that the magistrate hearing the case is able to uphold the decision of the Licensing Committee.
