I have hardly had time to update my blog recently with there being quite a few council meetings and my being busier than usual at work.  I have continued to work for Knaphill and will over the next few days be updating my blog. 

At a relatively recent licensing committee meeting I spoke about the need to protect Woking from too many venues being licensed for sexual entertainment and am pleased that at the Full Council meeting that followed in February, it was agreed that Knaphill would not be licensed for any sexual entertainment licenses under the council’s policy.  Further details can be found in an article from the Get Surrey website.
